Phlebotomy & Body Fluid sample collection

Phlebotomy and body fluid collection services are offered to private patients, clinics and hospitals across London, Kent and Essex.
Our phlebotomy service is offered in Pharmacy premises, using their PCT-approved consultation rooms, which ensures a safe, clean and confidential environment.
Experienced staff will carry out blood test sampling in one of our Pharmacy sites close to patient’s home, without need for the patient to travel to a clinic or to the hospital. Currently, we offer phlebotomy and body fluid collection services in 260 Pharmacies located in London, Kent and Essex. Early next year this service will be available in pharmacies UK-wide.

Users registered with CliniServ may also request a blood or body fluid sample to be taken at the convenience of patient’s home or work place. This service must be requested through our dedicated telephone line 0800 781 0592 or via emailing homeservice@cliniserv.com

This appointment booking facility is open to Doctors, health practitioner or authorised administrators of clinics and hospitals who register with CliniServ and then they can book phlebotomy appointments online for a date and time that is convenient for their patients. Patients receive an email and text confirmation with the details of their appointment.
The system also sends text and emails instructions (if required) patients may have to follow before their blood/body fluid sample collection appointment.

Our phlebotomists deliver the blood samples directly to your clinic, hospital or laboratory for analysis, for healthcare providers located in central London. A courier service also operates and your samples can be delivered to premises outside central London.
Samples can also be processed (spin down, serum/plasma separation, freezing etc) before being delivered to your premises. Discuss this option when you contact us to register and fill in the appropriate service registration form.
